KAPLAN 200 - Garden

The Kaplan Stone Collection Machine is designed to collect stones from the surface of the land and up to a 35 cm depth, storing them in its extra-large hopper and unloading them at the desired location. The machine uses a specially designed spring-loaded drum and screening system, enabling it to collect stones ranging from 3 to 45 cm in diameter without straining the machine or tractor. The side collectors ensure optimal soil productivity. The specially developed vibrating sieve allows for operation in moist soils, preventing stone blockages. The newly designed modular blades offer easy replacement of worn parts with blades made from the desired material. This machine is ideal for use in rocky fields, orchards, greenhouses, and any land that can be made suitable for agriculture.
 HOPPER
With its strong structure, the hopper is supported by hydraulic lifts to achieve higher unloading heights. Its large-volume design is specifically engineered to prevent soil retention.
 CHAIN TENSIONING SYSTEM
The specially designed tensioning system keeps the chain tight, ensuring its long lifespan.
 SPRING-LOADED SCREENING SYSTEM
The spring-loaded screening system bends downward, allowing it to easily collect larger stones into the hopper without difficulty. It provides easy operation even in moist soils. Since it does not collect soil in the hopper and effectively screens the soil, it improves the tractor's maneuverability.
 SPRING BED DRUM SYSTEM
The specially designed drum system reduces friction, extending the lifespan of the collecting blades and springs. The spring mechanism allows the drum to flex upward, enabling it to easily collect stones up to 45 cm in diameter and 80 kg in weight, while also preventing stone blockages.
 TRACTOR HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
The machine connects to the tractor's hydraulic arms, allowing it to operate at a depth of 35 cm. This enhances the tractor's maneuverability, making the towing process easier and ultimately saving fuel. With its strong structure, the machine provides flexibility when encountering deep-rooted stones, protecting the machine's components by reducing friction.
