The Orchard Solid Fertilizer Spreading Trailer is designed to distribute fertilizer uniformly around the base of trees in greenhouses, orchards, and vineyards. Thanks to its special design, it can spread fertilizer to the right, left, or both sides. With an adjustable spreading angle, the fertilization range can be set between 0 to 5 meters based on preference. The fertilizer amount can be adjusted using the hydraulic door, allowing for precise control over the distribution. The fertilizer spread across the field is absorbed by the soil, enhancing the organic nutrient content in the ground.

The double-row, 12 mm heat-treated chain system pushes the fertilizer to the spreaders, drawing power from the hydraulic motor to ensure even distribution to the spreaders. The three hydraulic control systems, positioned at the front of the trailer, allow for the adjustment of the hydraulic leg, hydraulic door, and conveyor, depending on the distance between the tractor and the machine. The tensioners ensure that the chains remain constantly tight during operation. This helps prevent wear on both the chain and gears, ensuring longer durability. The distribution amount of the fertilizer is adjusted using the hydraulic rear door. It features a vertical movement mechanism with hydraulic cylinders, allowing it to open and close smoothly without being affected by the fertilizer inside the trailer. The fertilization area can be adjusted between 0-5 meters, ensuring the homogeneous and balanced distribution of fertilizer at the desired distance.
